 Taxation is the fundamental foundation to support the country's long-term development. As an important basic work to serve fiscal and taxation reform and strengthen fiscal and taxation management, the national tax survey provides solid data support for taxation policy formulation; at the same time, it plays an important role in allowing scholars to accurately grasp tax sources and spy on the economic development situation. ˆ    Enterprises participating in the national tax survey are divided into sampling and key enterprises. Sample enterprises are further divided into national tax sampling enterprises and local tax sampling enterprises. Key enterprises are further divided into national tax key enterprises and local tax key enterprises. Among all tax-paying enterprises in China, the representativeness of these enterprises can be seen, and this is enough to better characterize and analyze the tax situation of all enterprises.

  It should be noted that although the survey period of the tax survey enterprise data is from 2008 to 2015, we still chose to match the tax survey enterprise data with all patent data as of 2021. This is mainly because Because there is a certain lag in patent citation data, matching to a newer year can ensure that the patent citation data is relatively complete.

 Structurally, this data is divided into patent quantity application form, patent quality application form, and patent details form. The patent quantity statistics table and quality statistics table are divided based on patent applications and patent authorizations respectively. The patent quality statistics table is also subdivided into three modules according to patent types: invention, utility model, and design. Patent citation and cited information is reflected in the patent details table, which is divided into four modules: invention application, invention authorization, utility model, and appearance design. Each module includes four tables: basic information table, citation table, cited table, and transaction table ( It should be noted that there is no reference table for appearance designs).
