The CnOpenData Receivables Financing Service Platform dataset systematically collects core participant information from the national financial infrastructure—the Receivables Financing Service Platform (referred to as the "Zheng Platform"), spearheaded by the People's Bank of China Credit Reference Center. This database covers the official lists of all financing service demand parties (core enterprises, suppliers, etc.) and funding providers (banks, factoring companies, and other financial institutions) accessing the platform. As a "panoramic view" of China's supply chain finance and accounts receivable financing ecosystem, this dataset provides unique foundational directory support for observing the financing channels of entities, business layouts of financial institutions, and the topological structure of supply chain finance networks, holding significant academic research and commercial reference value.
