The culture here is great. Everyone of my managers- HR to even the CEO from time to time will give me tasks, coaching and insight that ultimately make me feel interconnected with every part of the company. I have been around for about a year now and I am feeling the drive from within to actually help everyone succeed by doing my job.I cant really think of any real cons here since I am fortunate enough to be able to work remote from my home (or wherever there is an internet connection). I guess maybe compensation could be a tad bit more but then again who am I to complain?I love my jobNothing really other than maybe ensuring that some data be filed better in different databases so as to prevent misinterpretation00www.altigen.comCompany - PublicATGN1994$5 to $25 million (USD)AltiGen Communications helps businesses find their calling on the Internet. I stayed with them for seven years because their customer base was outstanding as were all of my team members. Benefits were also excellent and they allowed me to work from home.Communication between departments could have been better. There were a few questionable product decisions that ended up being costly to the company. Stock options were worth nothing after a couple of years working there. The development cycle slowed down as a result and I eventually became bored and a bit burned out.VoIP support for AltiGenFocus on your strengths, which is your dealer network and your employees. At times AltiGen opted to sell certain products direct rather than through the dealer network. This seemed to generate lackluster sales (albeit with higher margin) while also generating a rift between the company and the dealer network. AltiGen also lost several key members of the engineering team, which stifled updates as well as our break/fix work in Support.20www.altigen.comCompany - PublicATGN1994$5 to $25 million (USD)AltiGen Communications helps businesses find their calling on the Internet.
