  Compared with the booming outbound tourism market, China’s inbound tourism has developed relatively slowly over the years. In recent years, with the orderly expansion of China’s visa-free “circle of friends”, the increase in international flights, and the gradual increase in the willingness of foreign tourists to travel to China, the inbound tourism market has fully recovered and developed.

  Through the development of inbound tourism, we can increase my country’s service trade, exports, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for inbound tourism. At the same time, we can also enhance the understanding of my country by people from all over the world, increase cultural exchanges and mutual learning, and effectively promote the humanized development of my country’s infrastructure, promote the international development of the service industry, and enhance the international quality of the people and cultural tolerance.

  CnOpenData has compiled the statistical information of the countries of origin of tourists in 60 cities in my country from 2001 to 2017 to help related research.
