According to its recognition standards, technological innovation and achievement transformation are the soul of "high-tech enterprises", and patents are an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of innovation. An enterprise's performance in terms of patent quantity and patent quality can be used as an indicator of its innovation effectiveness. Quantitative indicators.

 As one of the CnOpenData patent series data, China's high-tech enterprise patent statistics provide three sub-tables: patent quantity statistics table, patent quality statistics table, and patent details table of China's high-tech enterprises. Provide both quantitative and qualitative data support.

  Patent quantity statistics table and quality statistics table are divided based on patent applications and patent authorizations respectively. Patent quality statistics table is also subdivided into three modules according to patent types: invention, utility model and design. Patent citation and cited information is reflected in the patent details table, which is divided into four modules: invention application, invention authorization, utility model, and design. Each module includes four tables: basic information table, citation table, cited table, and transaction table ( It should be noted that the design does not have a reference table, cited table, or transaction table).

 This data covers high-tech enterprises in 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and 5 cities under separate state planning. The number of enterprises is nearly 370,000. The data is complete, the fields are rich, and the structure is complete. It is a powerful supplement to the CnOpenData patent series database. .


Data characteristics

  • This data provides detailed statistics on all patent information applied for by each enterprise before and after applying for recognition as a high-tech enterprise;
  • This data counts patent quality in at least three aspects:

 1. Number of patents completed independently and collaboratively;

  2. Patent technology complexity measured by 1-digit, 2-digit and 4-digit IPC classification numbers respectively;

 Three, the cumulative number of citations per year from the year when each type of patent was published to five years;
