Introduction to IFR industrial robot data

According to the definition of ISO-8373-2012, industrial robots are capable of automatic control, repeatable programming, programming on three or more axes, and the ability to implement process steps required by humans on fixed or moving platforms. , including but not limited to manufacturing, inspection, packaging and assembly, etc. The global industrial robot database published by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) provides the overall number of industrial robots that comply with ISO standards in more than 100 countries or regions around the world. It is currently the most authoritative database for studying robot applications and has been widely used. Related research. IFR industrial robot data mainly uses the International Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC). Some industries involving a small number of robot applications are aggregated, and some major consumer industries (especially the automotive industry) are further subdivided.
