Innovation is the driving force behind economic development. As the basic unit of economic society, the innovation investment of a single enterprise is not only the foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise, but also of vital significance to shaping the global innovation landscape. A direct reflection of an enterprise's R&D and innovation capabilities is the number and quality of patents. However, patent quality cannot be discussed in one way. Indicators such as patent citations, patent authorization ratio, patent technology coverage, and number of patent claims are all evaluation criteria for patent quality.
In today's ever-changing forms of innovation, it is no longer appropriate to use a single indicator to study innovation topics. More microscopic patent data is the general trend of academic research. CnOpenData has teamed up with a third party to launch global patent data, covering patent information from many countries around the world, including invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents. Specifically, we divide the table into six modules: Basic patent information table, patent citation information table (no citation table for design), patent citation information table, patent literature citation table, patent affairs table, and patent classification number table. The fields are complete and the structure is reasonable, providing more comprehensive and solid data support for this research field.
