With the development of China's socialist market economy, employment models in the labor market have evolved towards diversification. Labor outsourcing represents a unique new paradigm that combines modern human resource management with practical enterprise operations.
In the labor outsourcing process, enterprises delegate part or all of their human resource management functions to specialized service institutions. This approach helps enterprises save management costs and concentrate resources on market competition. However, whether labor outsourcing benefits corporate culture development and talent motivation remains a subject worthy of further exploration.
To support academic research, CnOpenData has compiled basic business registration information of Chinese labor outsourcing enterprises from 1950 to 2023 by filtering:
- Enterprise names containing: labor outsourcing, labor dispatch
- Business scope containing: labor outsourcing, personnel dispatch, human resource outsourcing
The dataset covers fields including enterprise name (企业名称), registration date (注册时间), registered address (注册地), coordinates (经纬度), enterprise type (企业性质), industry (行业), and business scope (经营范围).
