  To meet research requirements, the CnOpenData team has systematically organized the relationships between listed companies and their associated entities, along with corporate names by fiscal year, releasing Listed Companies and Subsidiary Name Data. This dataset clearly presents fields including Securities Code (证券代码), Fiscal Year (会计年度), Name of Associated Company (关联公司名称), and Relationship with Listed Company (关联公司与上市公司关系).

  Furthermore, leveraging data usage patterns, the CnOpenData team conducted in-depth integration of listed parent companies and their associated subsidiaries. Through matching enterprise names with national industrial and commercial registration data, two approaches—exact matching and fuzzy matching—were employed to develop an enhanced version of basic information data for A-share listed companies and their subsidiaries.

  This dataset addresses missing foundational information about listed companies, particularly their associated subsidiaries, such as Organization Code (组织机构代码), Taxpayer Identification Number (纳税人识别号), Business Scope (经营范围), Operational Status (经营状态), Operating Period (经营期限), and Address (地址).
