With the rapid development of China's capital market, interactions between investors and listed companies have become increasingly frequent. This is manifested not only through online communication platforms but also in the growing trend of investors conducting on-site visits to listed companies.
Specifically, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) established the SSE e-Interactive and SZSE Interactive-E platforms respectively since 2013. Additionally, Panorama Network provides an investor relations interactive platform. These channels facilitate direct communication between listed companies and investors, enabling investors to pose questions and obtain first-hand information. Furthermore, some investors conduct field research at listed companies, which in turn publish Investor Relations Activity Records detailing such research activities and content. This enriches public investors' access to corporate operational decision-making information and provides scholars with valuable data on investor relations management practices.
Capitalizing on this opportunity, CnOpenData has collected question-and-answer data from SSE e-Interactive, SZSE Interactive-E, and Panorama Network, along with textual information from Investor Relations Activity Records released by listed companies. This initiative aims to advance research on investor relations management among China's A-share listed companies.
