From regulatory perspectives, the guarantors encompass listed companies and their controlled subsidiaries, while the guaranteed parties may include the listed companies themselves, subsidiaries, affiliated parties, and unrelated third parties. Specifically, any guarantees provided by listed companies or their subsidiaries not related to their own debts fall under regulated guarantee activities. However, guarantees provided for their own debts are excluded. Notably, counter-guarantees requested by third parties after providing guarantees to listed companies remain within regulatory oversight.
