Introduction to Extended Basic Information Data of Winning Bidder Entities in Government Procurement Announcements

Transparency constitutes a fundamental principle of government procurement management systems. Enhancing information disclosure in government procurement serves not only as an essential requirement for deepening comprehensive reforms and establishing modern fiscal institutions, but also as a crucial measure to strengthen social supervision and elevate governmental credibility. This practice holds significant importance for standardizing procurement behaviors and maintaining openness, fairness, and impartiality in government procurement activities. Legal frameworks including the Budget Law of the People's Republic of China, the Implementation Regulations of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations on Thrift and Anti-Waste in Party and Government Agencies establish new requirements from multiple dimensions for improving procurement transparency, advancing information disclosure, and reinforcing social oversight, while defining objectives for full-process information disclosure in government procurement.

To support related academic research, CnOpenData has developed extended basic information data of winning bidders in government procurement announcements by matching successful suppliers in procurement announcements with the latest industrial and commercial registration records. This dataset encompasses basic information and shareholder details of winning entities up to the latest available year, including taxpayer identification numbers, enterprise addresses, registered capital, incorporation dates, industry classifications, geographic coordinates, business scopes, shareholder names, equity ratios, subscribed capital contribution proportions, and shareholder types.
