According to the Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies, listed companies, as information disclosure obligors, shall truthfully, accurately, timely, and completely disclose legally required and voluntary information to the market. Such publicly disclosed information includes but is not limited to corporate profiles, key accounting data and financial indicators, shareholder holdings, and executive compensation. Information disclosure by listed companies serves as a crucial foundation for government regulation and investor behavior. The effective combination of administrative supervision and market oversight forms a dual-track effect that promotes stable and orderly development of the securities market.

Distinct from financial and internal control information required by securities regulations, listed companies' apps, Weibo, and WeChat Official Accounts serve purposes such as: disseminating corporate branding and promptly releasing product updates; facilitating direct communication channels with consumers; acquiring new customers while enhancing loyalty among existing clients; enabling freer information dissemination with greater initiative and timeliness.
