With the growth of household wealth, investment and wealth management have become vital approaches for residents to increase income. Bank wealth management products, insurance products, and public funds have emerged as primary channels for household asset allocation. Wealth management refers to the administration of finances (assets and liabilities) aimed at preserving and enhancing financial value.
Both bank wealth management and insurance wealth management represent modern financial services provided by institutions to consumers for capital planning and wealth management. Bank wealth management involves commercial banks developing, designing, and selling capital investment and management plans tailored to specific target customer groups based on analytical research. Insurance wealth management focuses on mitigating financial risks caused by illness or disasters through insurance purchases, optimizing capital allocation to achieve asset preservation and appreciation. It primarily includes dividend insurance, investment-linked insurance, and universal insurance.
