To implement the requirements of The "13th Five-Year Plan" National Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization Plan regarding "strengthening the evaluation of correlations between patent activities and economic benefits," promote innovation-driven development evaluation integrating patents with industrial growth, and achieve patent-industry alignment, the National Intellectual Property Administration established The Reference Relationship Table Between International Patent Classification and National Economic Industry Classification (2018).
Based on this reference table, CnOpenData has conducted annual statistical analyses of patent data across four hierarchical levels: industry sector(行业门类), industry major category(行业大类), industry medium category(行业中类), and industry subclass(行业小类). This dataset holds significant reference value for both internal and external analyses of intellectual property, particularly patents, across various industries.
