The National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), also known as the New Third Board, is a national securities trading venue established under the Securities Law with State Council approval. As China's first corporate stock exchange, it serves as a market platform for public share transfers and financing of non-listed companies. The NEEQ provides services including stock trading, financing, M&A restructuring, as well as information, technology, and training services for market participants.

Data Specifications
- NEEQ enterprise status is classified into four types: Listed, Pending Listing, Under Application, and Delisted. The prefix "Q" in securities codes indicates "Under Application" status, with codes being updated upon formal listing.
- Current NEEQ listed company codes have been updated from ".OC" to ".NQ". Following the establishment of the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE), the enhanced NEEQ system now includes ".OC" codes for Basic and Innovation Tier companies, and ".BJ" codes for BSE-listed companies.
